No matter what experiences I have
encountered in life, through countless
difficulties, challenges and painful
disappointments, where I wondered
if life is worth living, to experiencing
joyful times when I have felt success
and on top of the world,
I somehow managed through God's grace to keep
a flicker of faith alive that there would be better days
ahead and hope to find a greater meaning and purpose to life.
Until I realized that it all comes back to finding and maintaining our inner connection to Source, suffering seemed to be an ongoing experience. When we leave God out of the equation, we become more disconnected from true happiness. True happiness is found when we realize God is not at a somewhere distant place but is within our own heart and breath. When we desire and decide to make a conscious choice to work and cooperate with the Divine as an ongoing growing practice,
divine providence sets in.
Every step of the way, our life begins to take on a fresh new meaning with more love and joy filling our hearts and minds. Through a regular daily practice of meditation and prayer, we grow into heightened states of awareness of the divine presence. Truly our heart begins to expand, our inner glow becomes brighter and we have been blessed with greater expectations knowing the Divine is always working in our lives
and on our behalf.
What greater joy life becomes when we learn to let go and rise above the problems of darkness and step into the light. As our path becomes brighter and we are shown our true purpose and meaning of life, we stop resisting and accept God's guidance to steer
us in the right direction.
